Randy Decker – Chairman and President As the founder of Earth Savers, Randy has guided the company for over three decades with a vision for building trust through superior performance. Based in Tucson, AZ, he is committed to fostering partnerships that deliver sustainable and successful outcomes for clients. Randy holds a B.S. in Accounting and a J.D. from the University of Arizona and is a licensed electrical contractor in multiple states. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, supporting charities, and spending time with his grandchildren alongside his wife of 46 years, Laurel.

Richard Cevallos – VP of the Lighting Division With over a quarter century of experience in the lighting industry, Richard has been at the forefront of Earth Savers since 2009. As CEO of the Lighting Division, he is passionate about helping businesses enhance their lighting systems while reducing energy consumption. Outside the office, he enjoys attending his children’s sports games and family vacations. Richard holds an A.A. degree in Business Administration and is dedicated to sustainable and cost-effective lighting solutions.

Carlos Cevallos – VP of Operations
Carlos leads the day-to-day operations for Earth Savers’ in-house crews and subcontractors across nationwide projects. Managing lighting retrofits since 2010, he thrives on the dynamic challenges of complex, large-scale initiatives. Carlos enjoys baseball, football, and family time with his wife, Courtney, and two children, Riley and Xander. He holds an MBA degree and is driven by his passion for achieving operational excellence.

Cristos Chuffe – Purchasing, Training & Compliance Manager Based in Tucson, AZ, Cristos has been an integral part of Earth Savers since 2019. He oversees purchasing for all projects, manages human resources employee onboarding, and ensures compliance with crew certifications in California. His bilingual skills allow him to serve as a key point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking team members. Cristos enjoys working closely with the executive team to streamline operations and deliver exceptional lighting solutions. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family, off-roading, weightlifting, and gaming. He holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law from the University of Arizona and an M.A. in Philosophy.

Diana Wheeler – Controller Diana has been a vital part of the Earth Savers team since 2013, serving as Controller from Tucson, AZ. She appreciates collaborating with a talented team to ensure financial operations run smoothly. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and solving jigsaw puzzles. Her dedication to detail and teamwork make her an invaluable asset to Earth Savers.

Chad Krissel – Senior Lighting Auditor
Chad has been a cornerstone of Earth Savers since 2009, and he brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the team. He leads auditing teams and performs meticulous room-by-room lighting audits across the country, preparing proposals that drive energy efficiency for clients. His favorite part of the role is getting to know new people. Chad’s attention to detail and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted expert in lighting audits and retrofitting.

Brianna Frizell – Inventory Manager
Based in Southern California, Brianna joined Earth Savers in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in inventory management across businesses of all sizes. She ensures projects run smoothly by analyzing data, conducting physical counts, and collaborating with crews to maintain optimal material levels. Brianna thrives on solving inventory challenges and takes pride in supporting Earth Savers’ mission to enhance lighting quality and reduce energy consumption. A devoted bookworm, Brianna enjoys lifestyle, true crime, and romance novels. She also loves running, hiking, and Pilates and cherishes time spent with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews.

John Sperber – Project Manager/Auditor John brings over 20 years of expertise in the lighting industry to Earth Savers. He manages multiple subcontractors across various states and conducts detailed lighting surveys to identify potential energy savings. John appreciates the diverse roles his position offers, allowing him to contribute in numerous capacities. A boating, golfing, and UTV enthusiast, John also enjoys time with his wife, son, and their two Labrador retrievers.
